During this Quiet Day on Zoom, you will be furnished with a Workbook that includes

a definition/worksheet so that you can see at a glance which of the 7 prayers you pray most often/least often
time for you to journal your prayer in each of the 7 ways to pray
selected Scriptures and Hymns that represent each of the 7 ways of praying
and an opportunity for you to share some thoughts in Zoom Breakout Rooms

At the end of the Quiet Day, you will have prayed your first Full-Spectrum Prayer.
